Meet Jeff

Jeff Kropp's has been around Cincinnati and the landscaping scene since he was knee-high to a horse on his parent's farm. A graduate of Indian Hill High School (Class of '89) and Xavier University (Class of '95), he sold radio for a hot second out of school before he joined the Ground Masters Commercial Landscape management team. He's worked at most big landscapers in the Cincinnati region, growing and managing multiple million dollar books of business, and having a rolodex of contacts a mile wide. Father to twins (Cash &Sky), if Jeff isn't on a job site you can find him riding horses, golfing, attending kid sporting events, or scuba diving. An 8-year resident of Terrace Park, he and his wife Jill love being a part of and caring for their small community.

Meet Nathan

Nathan Koch went to Summit Country Day back in 1990 and tooled around college in Colorado before he realized you didn't need a degree to be an entrepreneur. He started and ran his own hydroseeding company for years, then sold that group to a larger landscaper in Cincinnati, where he met Jeff. The rest, they say, is history. Nathan has two daughters at Wyoming, and a son that graduated St X and is now at The Ohio State. You can find him on a dirt bike, the Colorado 500, or snow skiing if he's not managing a grew somewhere around Cincinnati.
