Full-Time / SeasonalJoin our grounds maintenance crews servicing commercial and residential properties across the Cincinnati Tri-State area. No experience required — we train the right people.
- Reliable transportation

Snow & Ice Removal Operator
SeasonalOperate plows, spreaders, and hand equipment to keep our clients' properties safe during winter months. Overnight and early morning shifts available.
- Valid driver's license required
- Experience operating plow trucks preferred
- Ability to work overnight and on-call shifts
- Dependable and safety-conscious
Irrigation Technician
Full-TimeInstall, maintain, and troubleshoot irrigation systems for commercial and residential clients. Work alongside experienced technicians in a growing division.
- Experience with irrigation systems preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license required
- Irrigation certification a plus
Landscape Crew Leader
Full-TimeLead a crew of 2–4 team members on daily maintenance routes. Responsible for quality control, client communication, and keeping the team on schedule.
- 2+ years of landscaping experience
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
